After registering, I started to follow the course. And, guess what! Even though I have been working as an IT Professional for a very long time, it turns out that there are still many other things and tools that I don't know about, which are very interesting and can help the work of a VA. Through a structured teaching system, assignments (non-mandatory), and communicative learning videos, I can understand very well how to become a VA. Apart from that, what is extraordinary is that RSA provides an active Chat group where we can ask questions about anything about VA. There are also many mentors & alumni who help to direct things that might be confusing for those of us who are new to the world of VA.
